Our Team

Paul Lancaster, Attorney

Paul moved to Athens in the summer of 1987 and is a Double Dawg having received his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Georgia.

Paul opened his own firm shortly after obtaining his JD degree and has been practicing real estate law for close to thirty years.

Paul is happiest when spending time with his family, moderating real estate transactions and taking part in active negotiations. Paul also enjoys solitude on his tractor, traveling and trivia.

Anne Lancaster, Attorney

Anne moved to Athens in the summer of 1982, grew up within walking distance of UGA, received her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health Science from UGA, her Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University and her Master’s in Environmental Law from Lewis & Clark Law School.

Anne is passionate about her family, their farm and environmental sustainability. Anne finds great pleasure spending time outdoors, traveling and DIY upcycling projects.
