Our Team
Paul Lancaster, Attorney
Paul moved to Athens in the summer of 1987 and is a Double Dawg having received his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Georgia.
Paul opened his own firm shortly after obtaining his JD degree and has been practicing real estate law for close to thirty years.
Paul is happiest when spending time with his family, moderating real estate transactions and taking part in active negotiations. Paul also enjoys solitude on his tractor, traveling and trivia.
Anne Lancaster, Attorney
Anne grew up within walking distance of UGA, received her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health Science from UGA, her Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University and her Master’s in Environmental Law from Lewis & Clark Law School.
Anne ultimately intertwined her love of learning with her love of community and became a real estate lawyer. Anne shines when she
sees the smiles on buyers and sellers faces at the closing table.
Passionate about her family, their farm, health and wellness, Anne also finds great pleasure spending time outdoors, traveling and crafting.
Sam Kennon, Attorney
Sam was born and raised in Watkinsville and is a proud double Dawg,
earning both his bachelor's degree and his law degree from the University
of Georgia.
With strong ties to the local community, Sam's practice is centered on real
estate, both commercial transactions and residential closings. He has
extensive experience representing buyers, sellers and lenders in all
aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing.
Sam enjoys spending time with his wife, Madeline, and their two young
daughters. When he's not in the office, you'll find him on the golf course,
reading, or cheering on the Dawgs.
